Distance Healing / Remote Work

Distance healing allows you to receive energetic support without being physically present. Energy is not limited by time or location, and healing can occur just as effectively whether we are in the same room or miles apart.

This work is gentle, intentional, and supportive — meeting you exactly where you are.

Who This Work Is For

Distance healing can be especially supportive if you are:

  • Feeling emotionally overwhelmed or energetically depleted

  • Moving through stress, transition, or uncertainty

  • Seeking grounding, clarity, or energetic balance

  • Unable to come in person but still want support

  • Sensitive to energy and benefit from subtle, non-physical work

You do not need prior experience with energy healing to receive this work.

How Distance Healing Works

Remote healing is guided through focused intention, presence, and prayer. During your session, I connect with your energetic field and work to clear, balance, and support your system in alignment with your highest good.

Time and distance are not barriers — intention creates the connection.

Sessions can be received in one of two ways:

  • Live connection (we schedule a time and connect briefly before and/or after)

  • Non-live / open-time session (you receive the work during a scheduled window without needing to be present)

Both options are equally effective.

What You May Experience

Each session is unique. Some people notice:

  • A sense of calm or deep relaxation

  • Emotional release or clarity

  • Feeling lighter, grounded, or more centered

  • Subtle physical sensations (warmth, tingling, heaviness, ease)

  • Continued shifts unfolding over the following days

You may feel something immediately, or notice changes gradually. All responses are valid.

How to Prepare

To receive the session:

  • Choose a quiet, comfortable space if possible

  • Rest, meditate, or go about your day gently during the session time

  • You may wish to set a simple intention, or simply remain open

There is nothing you need to “do” to make the work effective.

After-Care & Integration

After your session:

  • Drink water and allow yourself time to rest

  • Pay attention to emotions, thoughts, or physical sensations that arise

  • Journaling or gentle reflection can help integrate the work

  • Trust that the healing continues beyond the session itself

If we are meeting live, we will have space to briefly check in afterward.
