You lie on the mat fully clothed, allowing your body to settle into the gentle warmth as it combines heat, gemstone resonance, and low-EMF infrared technology — helping your system release tension and open for deeper work.

During your session, Ellie rests on top of the BioAcoustic Mat, combining the gemstone and infrared warmth with the sound and vibrational frequencies below — layering the support your body receives.

Ellie contains a full spectrum of gemstones, each contributing its own frequency and therapeutic quality. Amethyst for calm and clarity, jade for emotional balance, obsidian for grounding and protection, aventurine for heart opening, turquoise for energetic flow, garnet for circulation, carnelian for warmth and vitality, and pink crystal for gentle emotional support.
