A deeply intuitive, hands-on energy healing session supporting release, realignment, and restoration across body, mind, and spirit.
This work meets you where you are—gently clearing what’s ready to move, while supporting your system in returning to balance and coherence.
Session Experience
Each session unfolds intuitively, guided by what your body and energy field are ready to receive.
You'll rest comfortably, fully clothed, as subtle, intentional work supports the release of held patterns, energetic weight, and areas of stagnation. Tuning forks and crystals may be incorporated throughout, working alongside the other supportive technologies to deepen the experience and create space for greater clarity, ease, and alignment.
Moments of stillness, presence, and quiet integration are woven throughout, allowing your system to settle and recalibrate in its own time.
Many people notice a sense of heaviness beginning to lift, often leaving them feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease.
Supported by Frequency-Based Technology
A selection of supportive technologies and techniques are used throughout your session to deepen the experience and help your system settle into a more coherent state.

Healy device — used prior to the session to support the body’s bioenergetic field
Bioacoustic Mat — gentle frequency-based sound and vibration supporting the nervous system and energetic balance
GemsMat – Ellie (Gemstone-Infused Infrared Mat) — grounding support through infrared warmth and crystal resonance (layered on top of the Bioacoustic Mat — you'll rest on both throughout the session)
Cohere Meditation Mat (Frequencies of Light) — included is 15 minutes to support coherence and integration, often at the beginning to help the body settle and arrive

Love Disc Integration ❤️
The Love Disc affects the depth of our being where all unresolved conflicts around love and relationship reside. Defined zones on the skin open the "light of love" as a vibrating resonance, allowing a gentle clearing of old issues held around love, relationship, and the heart.
It can be woven into your session as a supportive layer at no additional cost, or added as a dedicated 20-minute immersion for a deeper, focused experience — $20
