Cohere Meditation Mat

The mat contains 96 hand-poured composite tiles made from specific materials and minerals that generate a coherent energy field. You'll wear headphones while targeted sound frequencies play quietly to enhance the experience. The tones are encoded in the music — 432 Hz, often described as harmonizing and restorative, and 528 Hz, known as a heart-centered frequency that supports renewal and uplift. These steady tones create a calming backdrop that allows your body and energy field to relax more deeply while the mat does its work.

During the session, you place your hands on conductive material that delivers light frequencies from the mat's console, enhanced by specific geometric patterns. A grounded foot pad connects you to the earth's energy, further stabilizing the experience.

The Cohere mat facilitates the release of physical and emotional blockages. You may feel tingling, energy flow, or involuntary movement as emotions are processed.
